This special issue aims at promoting quantitative examination of current economic issues and policy analyses. Its objective is to stimulate and promote discussion on econometric research in the above fields. Its target group is scholars from the international academic community and research students using econometric methods for analysing issues in all areas of economics.
The issue will carry revised and substantially extended versions of selected papers presented at the International Conference on Applied Economics 2014 (ICOAE 2014), but we also strongly encourage researchers unable to participate in the conference to submit articles for this call.
Suitable topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Applied macroeconomics
- Applied monetary Economics
- Applied microeconomics
