Newly announced title: International Journal of Public Law and Policy

To begin publication in 2012, International Journal of Public Law and Policy will publish authoritative articles that consider public law and policy in their various contexts, from global to national levels, topical commentaries on recent development in public sector law and policy and analysis of jurisprudence and legislation. The journal seeks to address topics across the whole range of scholarship in public law, including but not limited to legal theory, legislation analysis and critique, case law annotations, comparative studies and practice note. Each issue will be a nexus of theory and practice containing critical analysis of matters of current interest as well as a balanced and open debate on these matters by leading scholars, lawyers, judges, and people from related fields, such as economics, philosophy, and political science.
