Call for papers: Special Issue on “Recent Advances in Dynamic Modelling, Control and Applications of Neural Networks”

The special issue welcomes contributions in fundamental theoretical developments, novel applications, as well as survey and future directions. Papers are solicited from, but not limited to, the following areas:
* Stability and convergence analysis of neural networks
* Neurodynamics
* Mathematics of neural networks
* Applications of neural networks in nonlinear systems
* Control and synchronisation of chaotic neural networks
* Chaos synthesis or chaos anti-control (or chaotification) in chaotic neural network
