This special issue is focused on recent progress, ideas, problems and solutions relating to dependable computing and fault-tolerant computing. It is intended for academics, practitioners, scientists and engineers who are involved in the areas of dependable computing theories, practical experiment designs and commercial systems.
The issue will carry revised and substantially extended versions of selected papers presented at the 18th IEEE Pacific Rim International Symposium on Dependable Computing (PRDC 2012) or in one of its satellite workshops (Fast Abstracts, Industry Track), but we also strongly encourage researchers unable to participate in the conference to submit papers for this call.
