This special issue aims to encourage scholars to question existing paradigms and practices in management systems and to bridge the gaps in innovative ideas, new models and systems for institutions with suggestions for competencies development. The issue’s goal is to open an interesting and fruitful dialogue on the most pertinent issues in management and economics, and to stimulate a sustainable view of competitiveness.
The issue will carry revised and substantially extended versions of selected papers presented at the 3rd International Conference of the Nepalese Academy of Management, but we also strongly encourage researchers unable to participate in the conference to submit articles for this call.
