Call for papers: Special Issue on: “Human Resource Management Challenges in Strategic Alliances”

Guest Editors: Dr. Siegfried Gudergan and Dr. Stephen Teo, University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.

The purpose of this special issue is to provide theoretical and empirical research that helps explain how human resource management can contribute to enhancing the strategic performance of alliances. Empirical research employing multiple methods, conceptual papers utilising a variety of theoretical perspectives, and manuscripts addressing multiple levels of analysis (e.g., individual, alliance unit, organisational) are especially encouraged.
