New editor for International Journal of Vehicle Autonomous Systems

Dr. Kevin Deng has been appointed as Executive Editor for the International Journal of Vehicle Autonomous Systems. In keeping with Inderscience policy of using not only academic experts but also experts from industry as editors, Dr. Deng is from General Motors R&D Center in Warren, Michigan.
