New Editor for the International Journal of Functional Informatics and Personalised Medicine

Prof. Timothy B. Patrick from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the USA has left his Managing Editor position for the International Journal of Functional Informatics and Personalised Medicine to become its new Editor in Chief.
