First issue: International Journal of Cognitive Performance Support (free sample issue available)

The International Journal of Cognitive Performance Support provides a forum for addressing issues relevant to the development of innovative strategies to enhance our productivity when interacting with a user interface. The UI should become actor-focused, utilising cognitive strategies commonly deployed for task performance. The ability to recognise the cognitive and emotional states of actors should be integrated into the design of the UI at a fundamental level - providing the means to automatically acquire and adapt the UI to the cognitive and emotional state of the actor.

There is a free download of the papers from this first issue.
